You can manage your subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling, at any time from your account page. From there, you can access the secure billing portal to update your payment method and view your history.
Your invoices and payment history are available in the Stripe billing portal, which you can access from your account page. A copy of your receipt is also automatically sent to your registered email address after each successful payment.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are issued for technical issues or billing errors. For more details, please see our Terms of Service or contact us with your request.
