Glowupshot is a web-based screenshot editing platform that allows users to enhance screenshots with professional frames, beautiful backgrounds, and various editing tools. We offer both free and premium subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Our free plan includes basic editing features with limitations on exports and includes watermarks on output images.

4.2 Premium Plans

• Pro Monthly ($8/month): Unlimited exports, premium features, no watermarks
• Pro Yearly ($80/year): All Pro Monthly features with annual billing
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use the Service to create offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond your subscription limits
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing editing services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Glowupshot platform, including all software, designs, text, and other materials, is owned by Okflare Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Free trial periods can be cancelled at any time without charge
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
